2. Fed-Ex and 2nd Day Air Fed-Ex: Business Days Only. NO delivery on holidays or weekends
3. Below are rates for shipping to USA only. At the bottom, you will find information for shipping to other countries.
Orders:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. We try our best to fulfill and ship all 2nd day and next day orders as soon as possible, however because most of our items are custom, they often take a up to 5 days to ship out. If you choose to place an order too close to your event date, allowing less than 12 business days prior to your event, we cannot guarantee delivery in time. Choose the appropriate shipment method. Please allow 5-12 business days for your item to be delivered from the time it was shipped using our USPS option. We will contact you generally within 5 business days of your order being placed to update you when the item has been shipped. We will contact you if the items are out of stock. Canada (Fed-Ex ground shipping)
Shipping to Canada will be a flat rate of $18 for up to 1lb (each garter weighs approx. .5lbs packaged), so grab a friend and order a couple garters to save on shipping costs! If your shipment requires any special circumstances such as 2nd day or next day air, please email info@promgarter.com, and we will be able to give you an estimated shipping cost.
