Can I check the status of my order?
When you create an account, we will notify you when your order was shipped. You can also log in to see when or if it has shipped. You may only do this though if you have set up an account.

Can I place a phone order?

Can I return or exchange my garter?
Our garters are not exchangeable or returnable due to the nature of the special occasion industry. Many of our garters are custom and embellished with the colors, bows, and charm that you choose; therefore we are unable to exchange or return them.

How do I know my garter will match my dress?
If you are concerned about the prefect match, consider going with a contrast color. If your dress is hot pink, why not choose a purple or green for your garter? A two-tone garter with pink and purple would be a nice way to subtly bring another color into your dress. You can always coordinate your flowers with your garter whether you choose a contrast or matching garter.

Items typically ship within five business days after the order has been placed, unless the item is backordered. In that case, we will contact you.
