Garters- We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our garters are embellished with the charm, color and sometimes bows that you choose, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on these items unless they arrive damaged. In this case, we will accept an exchange and send you the same exact item as a replacement. Contact customer service at info@promgarter.com to report and exchange a damaged item.

All custom garters include your choice of style, color, bow, and charm. Other embellishments, such as feathers and charms, can be added at a nominal cost. Your garter will come with all bows, charms, and any embellishments attached (unless otherwise indicated).

All ready-made garters have the choice of color and charm. Garter will have attached bow and charm.

T-shirts- Our custom shirts will be a final sale, no exchanges or refunds. They run a little on the small side, so we suggest ordering up a size if you feel that sometimes you are in between sizes. However our non-custom shirts are exchangeable for size. Contact customer service at info@promgarter.com to exchange a t-shirt for size.
